NASHVILLE, Tenn.–A 10th tornado has been confirmed in storms which crossed through Middle Tennessee last Friday.
The latest tornado confirmed by the National Weather Service was reported as an EF0 in Donelson. According to the survey team, the tornado touched down in the Stones River Bend Park and moved southeast, snapping several trees along the river and moved through the Standford Estates subdivision.
NWS says many of the homes damaged during the tornado had been damaged during a microburst in April 2017.
The nine previous tornadoes confirmed by NWS on June 21 were concentrated in Kentucky but Davidson, Macon, and Fentress counties each had confirmed reports.
