Following severe storms Wednesday night, officials are investigating if a tornado touched down in Massachusetts.
The National Weather Service is sending a team to Central Massachusetts to survey storm damage.
The storm uprooted large trees, sent a tree branch flying into a bedroom and blew the roof off another home in Upton.
National Weather Service investigators will be in the Central Massachusetts towns of Upton and Douglas Thursday morning and expect to have the survey complete by the afternoon.
